We've given the member and case pages a redesign to make it quicker to see what matters and act on it - without hunting through the page or extra clicks. Here's a quick tour of the new look.
At a glance
Every member page now opens with a summary section that pulls the key context into one place. When there's enough activity to summarise, you'll see a short Pippin-written overview of what's been happening; when there isn't, it simply highlights the essentials. You'll also see their most relevant tasks up top - the first three, with a link through to the Tasks tab for the full list.
Quick actions, always within reach
Common actions now sit alongside interactions and stay in view as you scroll, so you can log or update things from anywhere on the page.
Accessibility & safeguarding note
Add an accessibility & safeguarding note to flag anything a colleague should know before they contact or meet the member - things like communication needs, access requirements, or a safeguarding concern to be aware of.
Just click Add accessibility & safeguarding note, type what you need to capture, and save.
The note is visible to everyone in the member's header - no digging through case notes to find it. You can update or remove it at any time as circumstances change.
Update status and concern in a click
You can now change a case's status or concern level directly, without needing to add a note first.
Member header key details
The three fields shown beneath a member's name in the header, by default their email, phone number and postcode, where available. They give you the key contact details at a glance without opening the member's full profile. Long values are truncated in the header and shown in full when you hover over them.
You can change which three fields appear at an organisation level, so the header reflects the details your team most needs to see. Head to Fields/Configure header fields in your settings, choose a field for each of the three positions, and click Save. To return to the default of Email, Phone and Postcode, use Reset to Email, Phone, Postcode.
This is the first step in a bigger set of improvements to member and case pages, so keep an eye out for more soon ✨
