Ticket types help you manage companion tickets for your events - like adult tickets for a children's activity.

This is name that the ticket type will be shown to bookers.

This is who will be able to book these extra tickets. For example, if extra tickets are needed for Children under 10, you would set this to Age is less than 10.

Places guaranteed for this ticket type. These can't be used by other ticket types.

For example, if you have an activity with a capacity of 100 people and you reserve 40 companion tickets, then these 40 places can only be filled by this ticket type (e.g. 40 Adults booking with HAF children).

The maximum number that can be booked. Must be equal to or greater than Reserved Tickets.

For example, if you have an activity of 100 people and you have max 40 companion tickets, then only 40 of these companion tickets can be booked, the remaining 60 would have to booked by named people (e.g. HAF eligible children).

Minimum companion tickets required per booking. Example: At least 1 adult per child.

This is the minimum number of companion tickets that must be booked on top of the named tickets. For the example above of adult tickets, if you set this as 1, then for each order, at least one adult ticket should be booked alongside the named people (e.g. HAF eligible children).

Maximum companions allowed per booking. Example: No more than 2 adults per child.

This is the maximum number of companion tickets that can be booked as part of each order on top of the named places. For the above example of adult tickets, if you set this as 2, then for each order, only maximum of 2 adult tickets can be booked alongside the named people (e.g. HAF eligible children).

If this is set to on, then we will not ask for any details from the extra tickets. If this is off, then we will ask for Name, Address and Postcode of the extra tickets.
